I’m an experienced instructional designer and digital content creator. I’ve worked with clients in a range of industries including social media companies, financial institutions, manufacturing firms and nonprofit organizations. I help clients identify business needs, clarify performance goals and develop effective learning solutions. I’m passionate about creating engaging, interactive digital instruction that drives change.
Why I enjoy instructional design work
As many of us in the industry know, when we share what we do for a living, we're frequently met with elearning horror stories. It’s one of the things that makes our work challenging. Learners often have low expectations of digital learning. It affects their motivation to participate and learn. I enjoy the challenge of changing that perception one project at a time. Creating engaging elearning effectively addresses the immediate needs of our clients and sets the stage for greater engagement for our learners.
